Some people like their coffee or tea first thing in the morning. For me, I like a boost in the afternoon, around 3 o’clock just when I’m starting to lose some energy. But, what’s a cup of coffee without a little snack…a sweet snack I might add.
I created these delicious, sweet and simple treats to go alongside my coffee for an extra pick-me-up, and I can’t wait to share them with you!
They are so simple to make and require only a few ingredients. They’re refined sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan and raw, making them the perfect treat for any diet. They’re filled with protein and healthy fats from the peanut butter, and the natural sugars in the prunes will give you a quick pop of energy. If you’re allergic to nuts, simply leave the peanut butter out and enjoy decadent chocolate brownie bites instead.
